- Enclose a copy of the sales receipt with the product(s) being returned and note on the sales receipt the reason for the return.
- Refunds over $500.00 are subject to a 19% restocking fee
- Return policy does not apply to custom orders or when condition of the product is clearly noted in the product description. (e.g. - toned baseball, blemished football).

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Sales tax is billed to CT (Connecticut) customers only at the current rate of (6.35%) on tangible goods only. Labor and shipping aren’t not included in the sales tax calculation. All sales tax collected is remitted to the State of Connecticut on a quarterly basis.
